The people there are very friendly. It is located not too far from the airport

The slide door towards the balcony and the street didn't close well. At such a busy street that gives some nuisance

"Good value and kind , friendly and accommodating staff"

The property was clean . We found the staff friendly , helpful and very welcoming . They were able to book us ‘ride ‘ taxi ( the equivalent of Uber ) print off info for us we needed and as we made a muddle in booking an un needed extra night the lady on reception was kind in helping to reimburse us . It felt safe, we liked the fact there were few westerners and it felt more ‘Ethiopian ‘ . The spa with massage was good value

"The hotel is above and beyond my expectations!"

The hotel is very nice and clean the staff makes my stay great specially recognition front office employees Addishiwot, , Assefa, Ermias, Feven Security staff Habtamu, restaurant employee all !

Limited variety of fruits specifically berries at the restaurant during breakfast!
