The room was clean and very comfortable, and wifi very good

The breakfast room was very dark, the food in the bar/restaurang terrible. No outdoor seating or bar with view.

"Good pool, good desks and quite on the back-side"

Was allowed to have a quick swim in the spa after closing time. Free rided up and down to the airport also to pick up my luggage.

Service request go slow and unchecked. Safe box stopped working. Unclear communiciation about my lost luggage.

The spa complementary was really nice, and generally the hotel staff were really nice and very helpful. The bathroom packages were comprehensive, they even had a comb :-)

The iron box in my room was not working, got another one after several calls, had to go to the reception to fast track. The housekeeping forgot to clean my room, but at least they cleaned as soon as I made the request.

Good value, a bit old fashioned. Room service fast and efficient. Excellent vegetable soup!
