Double bed was very hard; in duplex room, spiral staircase from living area to bedrooms was very narrow and steep

Nice manager on reception, very helpful in the circumstances

Advertised as half board only to be told the restaurant was closed but that we would have to pay the same (very high) rate for B&B only. Had we known, we wouldn't have booked, and our dinner out cost us £150. Misselling at its worst, I don't think the hotel knows how to properly sell itself on Booking.com and so is misleading its customers in the worst way.

"Best skiing and apres dance party in the world."

Hotel spa was done by booking so limited people so you can have a private romantic time in hot tub and sauna.

Shower design not great.

Everything! The staff was exceptional. Sebastian, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The Spa is very well maintained and only takes 5 people per booking, never feeling overcrowded. The breakfast is great The rooms are very cozy
