Room was decent, the room was small- the breakfast could have been better. Sebastian made our experience amazing, what a guy! Sebastian turned into one of our best buddies - what a legend!!! Thanks Sebastian

Sebastian wasn’t on the slopes w the boys!!

Very friendly staff, especially Noah who served us coffee on arrival with a large smile and continued smiling throughout our stay serving at the bar, in the restaurant and making wine recommendations. All the staff were keen to assist wherever they could.

Location was central but did require a short walk to access the slopes

There is no lift in the Hotel!!! There is no warning about this in the ad. We had to carry our heavy luggage down three floors by stairs. Although hotel did offer to help, i would have expected that a lift would be available. Not a hotel for disabled or mobility restricted persons. Hotel amenities were poor. There is no Gym and there is no swimming pool. Although reference is made to a Wellness and SPA facility, this is too small. Rooms are too mall. They lack basic amenities such as a fridge and body/hand creams. I would have excreted that these would be provided as standard. The heating is centrally controlled and is shut down in the evenings. We had to requests for additional heating to be provided and we were given a portable electric rail. the beds are too hard and we could hardly sleep. we had to ask the hotel to place additional duvet as bed layer to soften them.
