Zou Qu Ye Travel Hotel

It was a good location, near the metro and walking distance to the three gorges museum.

There were a lot of dark stains on the mattress (it had a loose fitted sheet to cover it), the toilet was unstable, the shower was above the toilet which was very inconvenient. There was loud drilling from the early hours till late at night throughout our stay and we were given the room closest to this. Toilet roll was about half the size of a roll. Staff not particularly friendly or welcoming. No coffee or tea or breakfast offerings.

Great hotel and great location - barely a few metres away from the undeground. The receptionist that checked us in was brilliant. He spoke fluent English and helped us find our feet in Chongqing.

Right by the metro, though you do need to tackle a few stairs. Room was decent size and comfortable.

The place is pleasant and comfortable. I like the setup and decor, relaxing and cosy. Metro station less than 10 minutes walk and extremely easy to move around.

There is no lift, it is not easy for older people. Luckily, our son was with us.
