La gentillesse de la receptionniste

J 'ai été surprise quand on a decouvert la chambre, qu elle etait gelé, parceque la fenêtre était resté ouverte. J apporterai une modification lors de la réservation, d allumer les chauffages quand les clients ont réservés er que les horaires d arriver sont renseignes. Mettre sur le site que le chauffage ne sera pas allumé à l arrivée surtout en hiver . CA se serait un énorme plus

L’accueil le soir en arrivant a été parfait et très bienveillant. Même pour une arrivée très tardive notre réceptionniste a assuré et a même modifié la chambre car elle n’était pas adaptée. Merci!

Un bruit entre les chambres! Un enfer. J’ai pas réussi à dormir correctement. En dehors de ce point qui malheureusement est hors de maîtrise de l’hôtelier (le bus d’étrangers qui débarque à plus de minuit)! Les chambres ne sont pas terribles et entre la moisissure de la salle de bains, et les rideaux tachés l’ambiance reste assez primaire

Für eine Nacht ok, ausreichend Parkplätze, Zimmer sauber, Frühstück ok.

Es wurde erst beim Einchecken mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant geschlossen ist. Die Zufahrt war bei Dunkelheit abenteuerlich, da keine Ausschilderung bzw. Beleuchtung.

"Personnel gentil mais j ai très mal dormi a cause de bruit qui m’a empêché de me rendormir"

Personnelles très gentilles . Chambre propre

On avait la chambre 15 a coté des escaliers pour monter au 1 étage et à côté de la porte du couloir. Un groupe de personnes sont descendus à 5 h30 du matin ils étaient très bruyant m’a réveillé en faisant taper leur valises marche par marche pour descendre et parlaient pas doucement. Cela a duré 30 mn s était très désagréable et énervant.
