Accueil très agréable, avec un personnel souriant, la praticité de pouvoir laisser les clés sur un tableau à l'accueil pour ne pas s'en embrasser. La chambre était propre, accès escaliers et ascenseur et j'avais la chance de voir le sanctuaire et le moulin de Boly depuis ma fenêtre (n'est pas le cas de toutes les chambres, attention), ce qui a ajouté un plus à mon séjour. Idéal pour être proche du sanctuaire, aller aux messes tôt le matin (7h) et faire des allers-retours entre la chambre et le sanctuaire. Sanitaires personnels et chambre propres au global. À côté des deux moulins de la famille Soubirous.

Todo muy limpio,el personal excelente y la comunicación muy bien sin problemas y sobretodo muy cerca del santuario y de los museos lo recomiendo 100x100
