The King's Lodge Hotel

We had a wonderful family stay at Kings Lodge Hotel, a charming bed and breakfast in a perfect location near the Harry Potter Studio. Two families stayed together, and it was an absolutely lovely experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and full of character, which made the whole stay feel very special and memorable. The staff were excellent — friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Everything was well taken care of, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. The hotel has a great vibe, and its proximity to the studio made it especially convenient for our family trip. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Kings Lodge Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place with a magical feel.

Staff were fantastic! polite, helpful and friendly. Food was amazing!! Great portion sizes both evening meal and breakfast. Rooms are a little dated but loved the quirky old beams an squeaky floors!! Adds to character of the property, bed and pillows were fantastic!! So comfy, bedding was immaculate and smelt beautifully fresh. parking was a little tight but managed ok, location to Harry Potter studios was perfect 5mins in the car.

Parking was a bit of a pain as it was busy but we arrived 7pm on a Saturday so to be expected!

L’isolation du son était très mauvaise. On aurait aimé plus de couverts (fourchette)

Ambiance soirée au top, lit ultra confort, petit déjeuner anglais délicieux...

Freundliches Personal

Alles sehr abgenutzt und runtergekommen, muffiger Geruch im Zimmer, die Möbel teilweise kaputt. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, vom Teppichboden braucht man nicht zu reden. Die Zimmer wurden in den 3 Nächten nicht saubergemacht, einmal auf Nachfrage Tassen ausgetauscht und Mülleimer geleert.
