Central for the facilities and a very good breakfast

The mattress was the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept on, needs replacing. We didn’t stay the second night as my wife suffers from a bad back and couldn’t spend another night on the mattress.

Location & staff

Noisy and very uncomfortable bed with springs poking in you and waking you up. Club music pounding until 3am. No air conditioning

The location of the hotel was convenient for walking around town, and visiting the cathedral, shops and restaurants. Chichester is a lovely city. We only had to travel short distances by car to the beaches and the Roman palace in Fishbourne is fascinating, especially when you follow the ( very knowledgeable, free guide around). The breakfast in the hotel is very nice with cooked and continental options.

The traffic when getting out of the city can back up a bit, especially by the railway crossing.

Room was comfortable and great location with parking in the centre.

Shower screen needed a new seal on the bottom of the screen, simple to fix.
