Excellent service from staff, clean welcoming environment. Spacious room and minimal noise. Breakfast menu offers a good variety and incredibly comfortable nights sleep

I honestly think the worst thing I could say about the room is the bathroom and main corridor looked a little tired and maybe in need of refreshing. But it was clean clearly well maintained.

Lovely spacious room. Noise from bar was minimal, hotel provided earplugs but we didn't need them

Breakfast was below par. Cheap ingredients including eggs and bread

The customer service/ staff were exceptional - gave info on our queries about local services and seaking with the TV that was not working.

The TV was not working ( staff resolved this) and insufficient shelving in bathroom for toiletries.

The staff were fantastic and do helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

It was fairly expensive for what it was but the staff made up for that!! Rooms were a tad dated but large. The window was frosted which was a little annoying 😑

The property was v central and easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go We find all the staff extremely helpfully and friendly. Ben was the best !!!!!

Rooms urgently need updating

I start there regularly when in Chichester. It’s conveniently located, offers parking and breakfast and has friendly helpful staff.

Not so much the property but the room on this occasion was sub-par; unquestionably the worst of all my stays there.

Great location in city centre, very helpful staff they all excelled at customer care

Bit tired, and could do with a little maintenance but nothing effected my stay there
