Excellent Hotel in a beautiful location. Food was lovely. Great staff. Especially Jo who was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Clean, comfortable. Beautiful property and garden

The only thing I would advise on is that we got a text message at about 8am in the morning to say we are sorry to see you leave!! Bit too early to receive this as had a lovely breakfast after then and didn’t need to go until 12. Didn’t spoil our stay but just a bit of feedback. Maybe send about 11’ish!

Didn't like the fact that the room smelt really bad, How housekeeping Didn't notice the horrendous smell and passed it ok for us to go in. A blocked drain smell isn't a smell you want to smell when you have paid good money for a room, you ask for photos it's a shame I can't put the smell on here

Breakfast wasn't a fixed price

Waitress one morning had earphones in.

The property is clean, tidy and in a great location

The staff (not house keeping) seem to lack warmth.

Room luxurious and clean, very comfortable bed, staff excellent. Breakfast was exceptionally good.

Convenient to where we wanted to be

Quite a long wait for service at dinner but the restaurant was always very busy.
