A lot of litter/ glasses in beer garden. Slow service on check-in & bar service ? lack of staff.

"Excellect stay except hoovergate"

Quality of breakfast very good. Only problem was. Cleaners breaking out the hoover whilst guests were eating which did spoil it.

Good location for reaching attractions around Leeds. Nice views. .Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was very good. All the staff were friendly and welcoming
