The staff were lovely and it was so clean and easy to access. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location so close to Burnham market and close to wells next the sea and holkham house and dunes was excellent..

Nit picking here but there was a dripping sound from the bathroom.

The comfort was amazing, both the bed and bedding - real luxury. There was a shared lounge area both inside and out, ideally located close to Burnham Market, it was ideal for my needs.

"Comfortable rooms but could have been better value for money"

The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Location was good and had a parking space allocated for the room.

The cost of the hot tub felt extortionate (£30 after 5pm) given that we are already paying premium prices for accommodation, especially when they save costs by having no reception/staff in the building. It wasn't clear how to book it and wasn't clear before arrival how much it would cost and was empty during our stay. I also expected a little more in the room upon arrival beyond the basic tea, coffee and a biscuit each. In our room we could also hear the people and floorboards move from the room above every time they walked around which made it hard to sleep. Overall felt like they could have made it more value for money and included the hot tub use or given an extra treat on arrival.
