Staff friendly and welcoming, room and hotel very clean. Decor very tired in places, but overall great value for money.

"Caiden’s Birthday Party celebration."

As usual, Andy and his excellent team of welcoming staff gave us a night to remember. The service was first class from everyone involved. The food was exceptional. The macaroni cheese that I had was the best I have ever tasted in any restaurant. Then Andy appeared with the birthday cake, and encouraged everyone in the restaurant to sing Happy Birthday to a very shy 13 year old teenager! Thanks also to the chef and his team.

The food was excellent, the staff were very attentive

The shower in room 3 was far too small for anyone over 5ft 7 inches. The toilet flush seemed to be partially broken and did not flush properly

Breakfast was lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

If we had been staying longer we would have been a bit short of storage space.
