Very friendly staff, clean and tidy, simple room. Great foid too.

Very hot despite fans. Loud music from upstairs room at 7am Sunday morning.

The food was outstanding.. The waiting staff were very friendly, and attentive. The food was good value.. and the breakfast the next morning was huge and very filling - amazing ….

Upon entering the woodcock reception we was met with a child laying on a couch watching tv whilst other members of staff where getting the restaurant ready for an event, I feel could be seen as unprofessional… I would probably question if the room was a deluxe as the pictures show porridge and biscuits and a selection of teas and coffee (hadn’t been replenished) We where in the attic which out side the room had packaging or boxes (stock) The bathroom looks tired and maybe a new shower curtain and head would be a nice touch.. Dusty everywhere and bedside cabinets had dirt inside… Bedding needs replacing…

Good little room. Clean. No velks and whistles. Comfortable. Evaporative cooler pump wasn't working so it was just a fan. Good block out blinds.

Staff were friendly.

The room was hot even with fan on and room was dusty.

2 night stay as going too the lingfield races only 15 mins to the track excellent food and lovely staff

Staff very friendly and helpful. Plentiful parking. Comfortable room with decent facilities. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money.

The premises are on a very busy road. It was a hot night but couldn't have the window open due to noise levels. The staff provided an air conditioning unit but unfortunately it was so noisy had to switch it off. The en -suite bathroom was a bit tired and could do with updating.
