Beckenham Park Hotel

Friendly staff, neat and tidy, garden.

The room was very clean and comfortable. with a lovely view of the garden. Very efficient free standing fans to keep the room cool, There was an excellent Continental breakfast buffet available. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Parking on the premises.

New carpets had recently been laid so the door into the bedroom, and the one into the bathroom did not open very easily. No doubt the pile will settle and that minor inconvenience will cease to be. There was only 1 bedside table and one bedside light, but I understand the hotel is in the process of refurbishment, so, no doubt, that will be rectified in due course.

Reasonably priced and convenient location for visiting my relatives.

La atención del personal fue exquisita. Mi mujer tenía un problema de movilidad importante y en todo momento estuvieron atentos para ayudarnos y que nuestra estancia fuera mas cómoda. Nos cambiaron de habitación sin cargo para que no tuviera que subir escaleras, el manager nos llevó en su coche particular a comprar medicinas. Magníficas personas y magníficos profesionales. Por otra parte, tienen un jardín donde se está muy relajado disfrutando de naturaleza y tranquilidad. Bien comunicado por bus y tren con Londres y muy buen precio Recomiendo totalmente este hotel.

Creo que no podría poner nota negativa a este hotel.
