Good location nice friendly staff

Direkt an der Bahnlinie nach London Victoria. Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt.

Personal hat jeden Morgen jeden Gast beim Frühstück die gleichen generischen Fragen gestellt. Das Frühstück an sich war auch eher bescheiden und der Frühstücksraum ist im Keller. Aber alles dem Preis angemessen. Also im Grunde okay.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Very flexible and friendly team.

The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable, with a pretty modern bathroom. Nice location. Very clean. Staff were helpful and tried their best to oblige and provide a good service. There was also a fan provided, which completely saved us in the stiffling 28-30C temperatures during our 2-day stay. They also provided gluten-free bread and cereal for my coeliac husband and daughter, although unfortunately toasting the bread in the same toaster as other bread!

The shower was a nightmare - either piping hot or freezing cold, but no steady temperature! We arrived after 9pm, so our room was left open and the key on the table, as noone was available when we arrived. Steep stairs, so not optimal for carrying heavy suitcases up and down.
