Lovely and clean property with fantastic hosts

Good location for exploring the Brecon Beacons. Very welcoming hosts who were attentive and kind. Delicious breakfast really set us up for the day, and our dog was made very welcome too.

The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment but this did not impact our enjoyment of our stay.

The owners were great. We were told they were the best part of the stay by people we travelled either. They were right.

Its a great building in its own land. Good position with easy access to the area. However the owners are doing it up slowly so if you get one of the rooms that are not done yet its not great. However i would not use this as a reason not yo go back. I would definitely stay there again if i am in the area. Just hope this time i get a renovated room.

The hosts were warm and welcoming. The restaurant was quirky and the decor needs to be seen to be believed. Good location, nice and generous food.

The room needs some improvement, which the hosts advised on the info card being already progress. It's a beautiful building with masses of potential.

Bed very small. Could not get under shower as position was all wrong. My room was entered while I was away & the door left unlocked while all my belongings were inside. Towels were taken but not replaced. Bathroom light kept switching on for no reason, was a motion sensor type.... ghosts maybe???

We loved the personal touches and the quirky decor. It was a very happy place and the hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, dining in the restaurant and sitting in the lounge/bar for drinks/relaxation afterwards. The breakfast was delicious. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We didn’t know how to use the coffee machine in the room but we weren’t expecting it nor bothered by it anyway.

Absolutely lovely accommodation! We arrived and the views were beautiful when we walked in we were greeted immediately by the lovely friendly couple who run it. The room was lovely (the bed was SO comfortable!) and we felt welcomed immediately! The bar/restaurant were great and everyone was so helpful in directions to the Brecon Beacons (the reason for our stay) the breakfast the next morning was lovely and honestly… we didn’t want to leave! I would 100% recommended this property to anyone and would visit again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you both so much for making our weekend lovely x
