Location very close to Darlington station was all important for me travelling with a suitcase. Close proximity to various takeaways was also handy , though I chose to sit down at a nearby pub for my evening meal.

The whole stay was fantastic The owner couldn't do enough. He let me checking early as I had a wedding attend. So helpful and belive me great value for money 💰

Only negative was needing to move my car/add parking at 8am in the morning, although this wasn't a problem

Comfortable room, friendly and helpful host who gave suggestions for local places to eat and walk when I asked. Having access to a kitchen was great too.

Wifi signal was a little weak in the upstairs room I was in. Otherwise I was happy!

Good location, walking distance to a town centre and friendly staff. Very basic place to stay but also not expensive

No bathroom in the room. Private bathroom at the corridor. Area looks rough. Payed carpark in front of the hotel

The owner was very helpful. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. 5ea/coffee making facilities were available in a shared kitchen. The location was very convenient for the rail station and for the town centre ( a five minute walk)

The area outside the hotel entrance could have been cleared of some rubbish
