Please contact the property in advance for extra beds and children cots. Children under 16 years are permitted in the pool and Spa area from 08:00 to 14:00 (last entry to the pool is 1:00). On arrival you will be required to present the card you have made your deposit/pre-payment with at hotel reception. This card will be swiped for a minimum value of £50.00 plus any outstanding balances to allow charges to your room. Please note, unless previously arranged with Lakes Hotel and Spa, we do not accommodate any groups/parties. Hotel bedrooms are available to check in from 3.00pm and apartments are available to check in from 4.00pm.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The facilities were amazing! The location...Wow! The room was clean but during a heatwave the room was a struggle. I realise it was called a snug room but for the price I didn't imagine it being that small. We had a lovely time though and will definitely be returning although next time in a larger room.

Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff, free room upgrade to a roof top suite. Spa, food and location were perfect. Definitely return and highly recommend

No air conditioning, but we stayed when it was the June heatwave and had a fan in the room.

"Beautiful , special and nice and tranquil."

The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us.

We got a room upgrade which was lovely of them but I failed to see what extra we got other than a different view potentially. It was lovely but the bathroom window looked out onto a roof top where the cleaning staff were and all the mops and buckets. It was red hot and couldn’t keep the window open due to this when using the bathroom or the fact that it potentially was a ground floor room.
