Please contact the property in advance for extra beds and children cots. Children under 16 years are permitted in the pool and Spa area from 08:00 to 14:00 (last entry to the pool is 1:00). On arrival you will be required to present the card you have made your deposit/pre-payment with at hotel reception. This card will be swiped for a minimum value of £50.00 plus any outstanding balances to allow charges to your room. Please note, unless previously arranged with Lakes Hotel and Spa, we do not accommodate any groups/parties. Hotel bedrooms are available to check in from 3.00pm and apartments are available to check in from 4.00pm.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Nice stay but would not pay that price again as better rooms for less money"

It’s a beautiful property and very clean and welcoming.

The room wasn’t worth the money as I paid£350 for a room with a hot tub but wouldn’t pay that again as the room was smaller than I expected.

"Luxury relaxing and friendly"

From the moment you enter the drive with a warm welcome from the lovely man at the gate to smiling reception staff and concierge you know this is special! We booked a Hot tub room but we were cleverly upgraded and now we have booked to go back paying for that room type. Cocktails amazing Staff absolutely first class I wish they did a full service breakfast to match the standard of hotel but buffet was hot and tasty, Lovely Spa with swim up bar. Amazing location tight in centre of Bowness so parking is free Almost outstanding ! Highly recommend

Room was excellent , having a hot tub on the balcony was such a good addition. Spa on site was so relaxing and enjoyed having bar access whilst in there. Pub on site was also really nice to spend time in.
