Sauna too small for such a big spa, no hooks to hang up towel or bathrobe

Absolutely horrifying! PLEASE SEE PHOTO PROOF! We came here originally in January 2025 for our honeymoon, at the time it was lovely, we decided to visit again I. January 2026 for our anniversary and it was awful. To start with, we were called up 1 day prior to our check in to be told the spa was now closed and we would not have access to it due to an issue, I understood although it was incredibly frustrating being given late notice when we had a 6 hour trip to get there the following day. When we got to the hotel first impressions were good, we were told the room we booked was unavailable so we have been temporarily upgraded for half our stay (3 days), our room looked good to start with, until you looked deeper, there was BLACK MOULD all over the curtain to the balcony, mysterious stains on the sofa, mismatching and broken lights, the tap was backwards (hot was cold/cold was hot) and the general smell of the room was musty. As we were only temporarily in this room I decided to ignore it as we were out most of the day, however I did mention there was black mould on the curtain as this is a health risk and they said no housekeepers had made them aware!! You’d have to be blind to not see the mould everywhere. We were then moved to the original room that was booked, it smelt AWFUL, musty, damp and generally dirty, my husband then cut his sock and foot open walking over the threshold of the door as the spikes were sticking out the carpet!! I immediately went to reception and complained, they told me they were sorry and let me switch to another room, which upon viewing smelt just as awful, I contemplated moving hotels but as it was our final night I grit my teeth and stayed as it would be over soon. Even in this brand new room there was a hair on the bed when we pulled the sheets back and another mysterious stains, it made me feel sick. When we went to check out I complained once again, and was offered a discount to come back - which of course I will not be doing. I think this hotel is at maximum 1 star, not worth the money, not worth the health risk. I implore you to go elsewhere and enjoy your stay, this hotel ruined mine.
