Please contact the property in advance for extra beds and children cots. Children under 16 years are permitted in the pool and Spa area from 08:00 to 14:00 (last entry to the pool is 1:00). On arrival you will be required to present the card you have made your deposit/pre-payment with at hotel reception. This card will be swiped for a minimum value of £50.00 plus any outstanding balances to allow charges to your room. Please note, unless previously arranged with Lakes Hotel and Spa, we do not accommodate any groups/parties. Hotel bedrooms are available to check in from 3.00pm and apartments are available to check in from 4.00pm.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"The best hotel we've stayed at in the lakes."

We really enjoyed our stay at the lakes Hotel and spa. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Spa was great with the pub. Food at Mizumo was really nice too. Hotel location was 5 min walk from the lake and shops.

We didnt like we had to come home after one night! Could do with a fridge/minibar.

Great location - amazing amenities and Mizumi is a great restaurant!

Ever so slightly dated rooms in certain areas - but nothing major to note and did not affect our stay negatively.
