Hotel was spotless and staff were friendly and very helpful

The location. Getting a taxi to take you anywhere was impossible

It is a really lovely pub and food was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Such good value for money.

Rooms are small with a bit of wear & tear but this is far outweighed by the good points and the lovely staff who bend over backwards to help.

Staff were amazing polite and friendly

We have stayed several times to break our journey, so know what to expect. We enjoy the evening experience and food in the bar downstairs. Everything in the room is good within the limitations of the building. Towels, bedding and hairdryer good. Tea and coffee facilities.

Bedroom window not double glazed but room was well heated by radiator.

Lovely setting, food was excellent. Staff very friendly. Pubs been refurbished very recently and its been done to a high standard
