The beds were clean

No amount of ear plugs would ensure a good sleep, owing to the noise from the club downstairs.

Centrally located. Friendly staff. Sockets right next to bed. Electronic lockers.

Not enough toilets and showers. One toilet was out of order which left us with one remaining toilet for the floor (some rooms have en-suites though). Because of the lack of enough facilities the ones in use were dirty and wet/damp. Not possible to properly air the room, it smelt quite unpleasently. Laundry room can be used from 5pm - 10pm but is shared with the cleaning services who were still using the room from 5pm onwards. No laundry detergent available. Overall what happens when max profit is squeezed out of a space... The place needs less dorm rooms and more facilities. I booked two nights but left early and stayed at a different accommodation because I am frankly too old to bear with stuff like that.

The Bar area was pleasant however after we got back from the concert, we decided to have a drink in the bar… there was a mouse running around to my despair

I wasn’t aware that I would be staying in a dorm with strangers, this was not an option when I booked it, I asked for a single room they said there was no availability
