"Lovely staff but definite improvements ate needed"

6.0

Such lovely staff, so friendly & helpful Breakfast was very good too

Property was v tired looking & in desperate need of some TLC, window in bedroom broken was wedged open with a piece of wood, carpet was very stained & badly in need of a clean, curtain ties back was hanging of the walk, just generally quite tatty which was a shame as would not return despite the great staff & location although it was quite noisy outside but obviously the hotel has no control of that

"Comfortable, fun and welcoming."

10.0

The Quay is a lovely hotel in a great location. The owners and staff are excellent and the bar/pub downstairs is a nice place to have a drink - also a bonus that they often have live music. Really nice breakfast with the best buttery fluffy scrambled eggs. We have always stayed here if we want a visit Oare for birding and hopefully will be back again soon. It’s our favourite place to stay in Faversham.

Nothing.

Very friendly and helpful staff, relaxed surroundings, comfy bed and lovely food.

The heat...but that wasn't the accommodations fault🤪
