Location is great for visiting Faversham Breakfast was really good plenty of chooice.

Such lovely staff, so friendly & helpful Breakfast was very good too

Property was v tired looking & in desperate need of some TLC, window in bedroom broken was wedged open with a piece of wood, carpet was very stained & badly in need of a clean, curtain ties back was hanging of the walk, just generally quite tatty which was a shame as would not return despite the great staff & location although it was quite noisy outside but obviously the hotel has no control of that

Lovely local friendly hotel , room was comfortable just perfect for my stay . Stayed for food in the evening and was not disappointed
