We had a delicious Christmas lunch There was a wonderful atmosphere Then a walk along the beach Staff are really friendly

Very clean room and recently done-up bathroom. Landlord was very friendly and welcoming.

When returning to our room on the evening of our stay, very loud music was blasting up from the kitchen underneath our room - we decided to wait a few hours until after the pub's closing time (midnight), but as the noise was still going on at 12.30am, we had to go down to ask for the music to be turned down. The chefs were apologetic and said they hadn't realised anyone else other than themselves were staying in the B&B that night. At about 11pm earlier in the evening, we'd had loud and rowdy knocking at our door from some men in the corridor. At first we thought this might have been people who had managed to gain access to the B&B through an open door, however after the chefs told us that they were staying in the rooms we can only presume it was them. Whilst the landlord was very friendly and the other staff we interacted with were polite, the above incidents put a dampener on our stay.
