"Superb room and great location"

Superb large room with a great walk in shower Very clean and more than enough space for the 3 of us. Food was great that we got on the evening

Lack of staff in morning. Breakfast was basic Just left key on dresser in room since couldn’t find anyone to check out but enjoyed our stay

The Queen’s Head is perfectly situated for a visit to Newbiggin by the Sea. Spacious bedroom with wardrobe and draws. Kettle for tea/coffee with lovely tasting biscuits. Comfortable bed, large bathroom with bath/shower. Great wi-fi throughout the building. Breakfast was ‘continental’ with cereals, toast, meat and cheese, jams, pastries, fruit juices, tea and coffee. Restaurant food was fantastic. My wife was looking forward to lobster, she was not disapointed. I had lamb which was sourced locally and very flavoursome. Sunday lunch excellent value which choice of meats and a big yorkshire pud! All round great place to stay to enjoy the historical area and coastal scenery.

We liked everything.
