The Inn on the Moor Hotel

The location was excellent, right next to Goatham train station which is perfect for Harry Potter fans! Beautiful little village and so pretty. Access is also possible with steps and easy Access for wheelchair users too. The hotel was clean, friendly and very welcoming. The bar staff and waitresses all very professional and friendly. The lady and reception couldn't do enough, she was also very professional and welcoming. If you're looking for somewhere cosy, friendly with that country village vibe then this is it, with a good sprinkle of luxury too with the beautiful room and decor....not to mention the view! The evening meal was absolutely delicious, being a teesider I know my parmos and the one we had was the best I've ever eaten! The breakfast was also delicious with lots of options. We fully enjoyed our little break and will be returning!

Amazing staff, Amazing Food , Amazing Rooms ,Amazing service

As a 60 year old with bad knees I found the furniture too low in the reception bar area . Took me 10 mins to get off the couch. But I believe this is to refurbished soon.x

The location was very central. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal and generous breakfast.

We felt though the pillows were large and fluffy they weren’t all that supportive and the bed a little too firm.,

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, Nicola in particular was outstanding. Room was well equipped with everything you need for a short break. The hotel is extremely dog friendly - we felt so comfortable there with our dog and he was well and truly spoilt by the team there.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the food served in the restaurant was delicious.
