Great location next to south pier & the pleasure beach entrance 👍

After the first day the hotel had no water . Our toilet was full to the brim & the smell was horrible but if u got to go. They had a toilet mid level & on the ground floor but they were all the same clogged up with shit. I mentioned about the water & just got a reply saying water is off. Well I knew that other guests complained too and got similar responses. After 3 days the smell was horrendous. There’s no way when we left they could have had any new guests until they sorted the water back on and cleaned every toilet. Can see it need someone to put a little time and effort in to decorate and clean up everything and it would be a lovely Hotel in a great Location.
