I didn't have breakfast.

Surly and rude check-in 'lady'.Room was smelly. Radiator not working. TV reception poor/non-existent. Beds unkempt and extremely uncomfortable. Room not cleaned, towels, tea-bags and milk not replenished. Druggies in the car park and entrance area.

Room and location was ok

I Gave them £50 deposit on arrival after paying via bank transaction though my debit card and then they said they want a £50 damage deposit so I also paid that aswel and told it will be refunded on the day of departure and it will be refunded in full toy bank account on the 19th anywhere from 2pm to 6pm but this did not happen so called them today 20th of April and was told on the first call the bosses bank wasn't working online and to call back later I call back three hours later and was told it is back up and working but the boss is upstairs at the minute can you call back in five minutes and this will be done for you so I called back in five minutes I'm so then that the boss wasn't there and had gone home I said this is an acceptable and would like my £50 positive straight away the woman on the other end of the phone properly but the phone down on me I run both several times to which I have not spoken to anybody again they keep putting the phone down on the message on the website to booking.com station in parts of the app there is a message saying that the deposit will be refunded shortly this still hasn't happened I have then rang another and they went to answer phone to which I had a message come through saying can you text please so I text asking for my £50 to be refunded I had two blue ticks at the bottom of the message which meant is was read because I then called them again and I got no reply I messaged it again asking for the £50 to this mobile number I breathable name is Diane who is the boss to which the blue ticks at the bottom message was not filled so I got blanked by that text message every time I run this number since it's probably straight to answer phone and nobody has got back to me I'm really annoyed with this and it has now made my bank balance go into the overdraft to which I am going to get charged I would like booking.
