The room has a different odd smell. Smelly toilet and moulds on the grout on the shower.

"It was terrible. I gave the hotel photos and videos of the bedbugs on the beds and sent them to Book"

The entire bed at the hotel was covered in bedbugs. It was impossible to stay in the room. We checked out at dawn and were forced to find a new hotel. I still haven't received a refund for my stay.
