"Great location, reasonable accommodation."

The young lady Sian on Reception was friendly, welcoming and professional. Hotel is in a fantastic location right on the seafront. My single room 24 had a fab sea view, which is unusual for a single room to get.

The hotel doesn’t have its own parking so the closest option is Bedford Lawn Car Park which is next to it. It’s an expensive car park - £15 for 24 hours. If you don’t mind walking about 8 minutes, the Manor Road Car Park (council run) is half the price. A huge coach party of elderly people arrived on the same afternoon. They were incredibly noisy, continually going in and out of each other’s rooms, talking loudly in corridors, etc. This continued all afternoon and then started again at 7am the following morning. The hotel seems to have poor noise insulation.

Staff we’re really friendly and helpful. Lovely clean room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast and they gave our dog a sausage!
