Roe Valley Resort

Very disappointed payed a lot of money for the stay And arrived to find out that none of the leisure facilities were open closed for refurbishment. The bar area was also closed and a temporary bar was open in the reception🤷‍♂️ We were not made aware of any of the facilities being closed until we checked in on our arrival. There was a £50 voucher in the room as compensation but this had to be used before October 2026.

Very nice for us, we have enjoyed the golf installations, lovely greens, the room was confortable and my 8 years old boy got a lot of fun. Definetly I like this place I am planing to go back in some months.

The pool was in renovation so we could not enjoy this time that facilities this time. There are other places in renovation yet, but once they are done it will be great go back to enjoy all.

That i paid £30 for the land rovers and outside play experience. The bouncy castle didn't work outside which was a shame on such a nice day. The following morning when checking out was told I owed the £30 that I had previously paid, after the reception staff done further checks she noticed i was over charged and owed £10 for paying for land-rover experience when it was included in the £20 package and that I was going to be charged twice.

I had been here before for weddings and thought it was a nice property when it was the Raddison Roe. Now Galgorm group own it and it’s being renovated. Current state is terrible should not be open.

Currently having building work renovations pool and spa closed . Nose from building work. Bar has been closed moved to temp location at reception area. Bedrooms falling apart very old beds flat. Windows broken, screws on windows sills laying . Bathroom shower bath and sink blocked struggle to drain
