Great location easy parking

Breakfast had a good selection although the hot food was only warm, but also dried out. Chef could have replaced dried out items with fresh items Bedroom door lock missing and main lick not fitting into frame well Faulty electrical light switch on bedside lamp, also room heating appeared to not function correctly

Good variety / Cooked breakfast prepared to order would have been have been Better .

Freshly Cooked rather than under heated light .

Great location, fantastic walks.

Our room overlooked the courtyard playground it’s supposed to close at 8pm. Staff didn’t enforce that so we had screaming and shouting of children playing until 10.50pm. Didn’t even bother with the swimming pool due to the crowd.

The rooms are on the opposite side from the restaurants/bar. Very accommodating staff.

The restaurant staff were under pressure so the hospitality wasn't up to par.

The location is fab and has lots of activities within a short distance if the hotel

I think it has a lot of potential but it needs more improvement. It's being marketed as a family experience and I am sure with more investment it will be a great spot. My main criticism was that the pool is a big draw for a family hotel. There were many families using this on the morning we were due to leave. It was too busy and cramped. Perhaps stopping the jet skis for now would be a good idea as there was little space for the families wanting to enjoy the pool when the jet skis were in use. Also the late check in of 4pm and the early check out also disadvantages the families that are only staying for one night.
