El trato del recepcionista fue muy bueno e intento resolver todos los problemas lo más rápido posible. Buena conexión wifi y buena conexión con transportes.

El calor que había en la habitación, no están preparadas las instalaciones para el calor. El primer día nos dieron bebida fresca y el segundo día nos dieron un ventilador pequeño para solventar el tema. Los colchones son de muelles muy antiguos cada vez que se mueve uno en el colchón el otro se mueve. La ducha tiene muy poca presión. Solo hay escaleras no dispone de ascensor aunque el chico de la recepción te ofrecía ayuda para subir el equipaje.

The manager stayed up late for us as our train didn’t arrived into Edinburgh until 11:30pm. He was delightful!

I thought we had booked the double room but had two single beds. The room was very small, but I liked that the window opened all the way! The shower doesn’t drain well, so you end up standing in other people’s water, and the bathroom is so tiny, with the toilet tucked against the sink, so a bigger person would be unable to sit on the toilet

Comfy & tidy room with everything I needed. Really kind staff that made sure I had a lovely stay. Not far from Edinburgh city centre and close to Portobello beach. Bus stop right outside.

The location is great. There are lots of restaurants close to a dynamic area near the beach ⛱️ . The nearest bus stop is within meters, 2 minutes walk 🚶‍♂️.
