Nothing. Bed linen dirty. Bed not made up ready for new guests coming car parking bad

Never ever stayed in any accommodation so noisy. Place smells like boiled cabbage. This place should not be classified as accommodation. It's very rough needs a massive overhaul to every part or it

Grosvenor selected purely on price as other branded chain hotels over charging. Whereas I am realistic about value for money many other business travellers would find the Grosvenor unacceptable. I was site working and basically needed a bed and a shower. A really good feature is is fully equipped kitchen allowing you to cook for yourself and save considerably on eating out.

The location is major issue and we were advised not to walk to shops and amenities as dangerous area. The staff drove us to take away outlets or arranged delivery of food to the hotel.

The staff was very helpful and kind

Can be noisy for it’s by the road.

The two ladies were nice, the location it was close to the hospital since that’s why I booked it to have some sleep because we just had a newborn and I didn’t sleep for more than 30hours, room was nice warm and cosy

The noise but I understand there is a pub downstairs and it was a Friday night and I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have shower get or shampoo I didn’t bring anything with me so I was a bit disappointed
