"Disappointing"

Walked in to a domestic argument. No staff. Took a female having an argument to ask if I had booked a room. Staff was lovely. No clear way to checknout

"Was a place to stay warm and staff was helpful.. bed was comfy"

The staff were helpful

Was noisy, the stairs up were a nightmare. The shower door wouldn’t close properly and it was dirty. Trying to access the building was obscured with vehicles and a car wash

Didn’t check in successfully, when the reception told me that all the rooms are occupied even I already booked with payment! The lady was nice to say that all she could do is apologize and return the money by cash. But we have to find another hotel when it was already 6pm.
