"Exceptional"

Receptionist was very cheerful and explained everything very well. Escorted to our room and shown everything. Private off road parking. Great breakfast with excellent views. Buggy ride down the steep road to the Bay and back if you need it. Attached to a nice pub to relax at the end of the day.

Hotel is well located. Very friendly staff. Food was of good quality. Room was as expected of a 4 star hotel. Great for getting a bus to Whitby or Scarborough.

Car park is not large though we did find the last space.
