There is no food available on a Sunday night. American Express cards are not accepted at Hogs Head Hotel. Early check-in or late check-out is available on request. Low key, friendly, excellent service, value for money and convenient for our visit. Internet excellent and overall met our expectations.

Room was basic but that was ok. It would have been preferable to have had a king size bed rather than a double. But it was ok overall.

"A quiet and relaxed stay in beautiful surroundings."

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was a surprise being quite in the countryside, but near to facilities, including an Ikea retail park. It was quiet and relaxing, and the breakfast was superb.

If we had known in advance about the meals on offer we might have changed our eating plans. It looked a good menu and could have been easily tempted.
