It was close to family and the Yorkshire Wildlife Park plus the Garden Centre 5 minutes away for breakfast.

The mattress wasn't comfortable, it dipped badly in the middle.

The property is great value for money. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful.

The mattress in Bedroom 1 needs attention. It’s has slumped under the front left corner. Replace this then it would be brilliant. The air conditioner for the pub was under the bedroom window - a bit of a nuisance.

Good location plenty of parking

Gluten meals expensive could have got large gluten free chips and burger from gluten free chip shop for under £10 not £20. For me pub meals no longer a option

Comfortable beds. Clean room.

Children's playground right outside room. Appreciate children have to play., but didn't expect it right outside. We are 75 + years old. Maybe perhaps warn guests it could get a little noisy. Tv on in garden near room. It was on till 11pm. light on outside of room till 1 15 am
