The Avenue Hotel

Charlie and Carlos were helpful and informative. Room a decent size, though the en-suite was tight quarters. Easy stroll to anything in Grantham. A few minutes to either the river, or the museum, or the town centre.

Musty odour. Two long flights of stairs to my room.

A very enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, great facilities within walking distance. Will return for sure :)

Although it was an old building the rooms were clean, spacious and modern.

There is no lift. If you had a shower/bath after 10:30am there was no hot water.

Ideal location, clean and friendly.
