Friendly helpful staff and the facilities were amazing.

Everything, lovely outdoor seating and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel location and food is fantastic and staff at night are brilliant and the refurbished is good

We requested room 6 as we had stayed there before but it seems that after the renovations the kitchen has got two new very noisy extractor fans which were running until 23.45. This is not acceptable and if I return i will not book that room. One last thing I found so poor was when we checked out there was nothing from the staff member asking how was my stay is there anything you would like to tell us on how we can improve. NOT A WORD NOT EVEN A THANK YOU FOR YOUR STAY. NOT ON. Seriously considering just staying at the Premier Inn next time.

Great location and good restaurant. Very reasonable price for stay when visiting Harrogate.

Had to keep window closed in the night due to traffic noise.

The view across open fields on one side of the Inn was lovely. Breakfast was good and service also.

The Inn was noisy at night and I was disturbed by guests in the next door room getting up at 5.15 am.
