Quirky and a lot of character about the place.

Overpriced. It was old and worn out. Needed a good clean. The shower was weak and nearly coming off the wall. It should not have cost £130 for 1 night. £60-70 would have been reasonable. It is in desperate need of a refurb.

Location, it was clean and the bed was comfy

It was a bit dated and no shower curtain around the bath.

When the mirror steams from.the bath there was written messages on the mirrors. These hadn't been cleaned. They should be wiped after every stay and clear the you tube history between visits. The room we was in was rather dated. It could do with being modernised a little.

Rooms need alot of attention very dated no plug sockets and poor lighting

Drinks and food at the Italian and Owd Nells Tavern were excellent and value for money. On arrival a plug socket blew in our room and we were moved to a new upgraded room straightaway, all staff were very helpful and cheerful. Our second visit, would recommend.
