There was nothing specific, but it's possibly time for a little refresh. For example, sealant in bathroom could be replaced.

A comfortable, clean room that fully met my needs. It was a good temperature, and there was plenty of parking outside the hotel. There is a supermarket behind it for anything you need to pick up. And all the staff I had dealings with were extremely polite and efficient.
