"Value for money, everything you need"

Very clean, staff were friendly and was ideal for our purpose for travelling. Lots of amenities around.

A little basic, had a school trip in when we stayed but this wasn’t an issue at all.

"Far from Edinburgh but worthy for money to stay"

Near to airport & the major shopping centers. Transportation travels within Livingston attractions are available too. Food at the restaurant is delicious and its price is reasonable. Hotel room spacious and clean. Staffs are helpful. Many nearby parks to walk.

It is another township from Edinburgh. Uber services are not available in this township. Need to know the taxi calling center number in advance. Otherwise, it is hard to get a taxi. Far from Edinburgh, approximately an hour or more than an hour if by bus and tram to Edinburgh. However, if you are not Travelling to Edinburgh, it is fine to stay in Livingston.

Location. Dinner was good

Very slow at bar. Couldn't buy drinks at bar. Had to wait for table service which took a while. Breakfast quite poor
