"Ok but not much effort made if you asked for certain things like a room with twin beds."

Quiet

The rooms are in need of maintenance, the window didn't lock on first floor, then the second room we got a light burned out in bathroom, loose doorknob! The building just needs some updating and maintenance!

"the pool table was awful, cues terrible.. chap managing breakfast was very nice + friendly"

"Satisfactory ish"

The room was ok apart from a stain on the carpet outside the bathroom, mould on the door in the bathroom and some missing sealant around the toilet.

As above, but the pie I had in the restaurant was missing meat, very disappointing, great service though

"YOU WOULD HAVE TO LOOK A VERY LONG WAY TO FIND A BETTER LOCATED HOTEL WITH GREAT STAFF"

WE HAVE STAYED AT THE CHAIN RUNNER QUITE A FEW TIMES NOW THEY ARE WONDERFUL NOTHING IS TO SMALL FOR THERE ATTENTION THE ROOM AD BED WERE JUST GREAT CLEAN AND TIDEAS FOR THE BREAFST "WOW" FANTASTIC

IF I HAVE A SMALL SUGGESTION TO MAKE IT WOULD BE THE BATHROOM ...THERE IS NO WHERE TO PUT YOUR CLEANING BAGS SO A SHELVE WOULD BE A SMALL THING TO SUGGEST
