"Close to the airport with a convenient shuttle service."

A good location if you want to be close to the airport. The room was simple but OK. A simple restaurant just next door. The airport shuttle worked fine. They even offer a shuttle to and from the nearest subway station.

The staff are so friendly and helpfull with everything! free shuttel to and from airport and metro. room was clean and the hotel close to airport. I was really happy with everything during our transfer stay

"Disappointing "airport" hotel experience"

Left after a few hours

The free airport pickup meant waiting for 40 mins in the middle of the night for them to show up, despite messaging them ahead of time. It is not an airport hotel ( the location marked on booking is wrong) it is almost 10 km from the airport, 20-25 mins drive. The pick-up car and the entire hotel had a penetrating cigarette smell. The front desk staff and driver (pick up) were very rude and ignorant. They tried to convince us that WE cancelled the reservation so they could charge us more for a different room.
