The shuttle bus pick-up service and quick response were good.

the facilities are very old and dirty. They are not properly cleaned, and there is dust in the trash drawer under the bed, dust on the corners, dirt and stains on the coffee pot, and the shower room. It is my fault for judging by the pictures, but I put up with it because I was only planning to sleep during the transit. Please take note.

Provide airport shuttle that can let's customer direct go to hotel. No need to waste time to take transport to hotel.

Facilities are dilapidated and the door cannot to close well. The van (airport shuttle) overload when take us to airport.

The room was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They did their best to help me. And, they promptly picked me up and dropped me off. I would highly recommend it. In fact it were not so far off from downtown, I would have stayed there the whole time. Shyam

The staff were nice

It was super dirty, I didn’t feel like I could take a shower and the bedroom was super dirty. The bed was also so uncomfortable- it was as hard as a rock
